SB 713, 67th R.S.
Providing for reserve deputy sheriffs in any county bordering the Gulf of Mexico to be organized for the purposes of marine safety and lifeguard functions and providing further an organization for such purposes may consist of both paid and unpaid deputies and reserve deputies; authorizing the acceptance of funds from foundations, corporations, individuals, and other political entities, including the State of Texas, by appropriation on a direct or matching fund basis.
