Relating to regulating access to certain state buildings and grounds as described in this Act, and to regulation of parking on driveways and grounds of the State Capitol, state parking lots and properties as set out in the Act, and certain other areas at the request of a state agency; providing the powers and duties of the Board of Control, its appointees, the legislature, and the Department of Public Safety; defining certain offenses; providing for payment of certain costs pursuant to interagency contracts.
