Relating to proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Texas to provide for the establishment of a uniform method of assessment of ranch, farm and forest lands.

Proposition Prop. 3 - The constitutional amendment to authorize the Legislature to provide by law for the establishment of a uniform method of assessment of ranch, farm and forest lands, which shall be based upon the capability of such lands to support the raising of livestock and/or to produce farm and forest crops.
