Proposing an amendment to provide that the 63rd Legislature elected in November 1972, act as a constitutional convention to propose a revised Constitution to the voter of Texas.

Proposition Prop. 4 - The constitutional amendment providing for a constitutional revision commission which precedes the convening of the members of the 63rd Legislature as a constitutional convention in January, 1974, for the purpose of submitting to the voters a new constitution or revisions of the existing state constitution.
