Authorizing the sale and conveyance of certain described land in Cherokee County by the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation; providing that the proceeds from the sale shall be part of the funds of the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation for use in the construction of living quarters for staff personnel at the Rusk State Hospital and appropriating the proceeds for that purpose.
