Amending Section 130.082, Texas Education Code, by adding Subsection (i), and amending Subsection (d), Section 130.086, Texas Education Code; relating to the election of members of the governing boards of certain junior college districts and the authority of junior college districts to offer courses at branch campuses, centers, or extension facilities under certain circumstances.
