Providing for the sale and return to Cameron County of 920 feet of causeway and certain submerged lands upon which same is located, as well as the lands, roads system and swing bridge comprising the most southerly approach to the Queen Isabella causeway system heretofore operated by Cameron County and conveyed to, and accepted by, the Highway Department of the State of Texas, by Highway Department Minute Order No. 59893, dated August 31, 1967, and prescribing the terms and conditions of such sale and declaring an emergency.
