Resolved, By the House of Representatives, the Senate of Texas concurring, that Emerald Properties, its partner, and their heirs and assigns, are hereby granted permission to bring one or more lawsuits against the State of Texas, and any of its agencies, within two years from the adoption of this Resolution in Court of Competent jurisdiction in Galveston County and/or Travis County.
