SB 179, 63rd R.S.
Prohibiting the giving of evidence in criminal actions or proceedings by any counselor in any elementary or secondary public school of a communication made to the counselor by a student which communication tends to incriminate the student; providing that a counselor in any elementary or secondary public school shall not be required to disclose the source and content of certain communications, defining certain words, repealing or modifying all laws in conflict herewith.
