Relating to requiring certain information relating to the payment of property taxes on mobile homes to be presented to holders of certificates and permits issued by the Railroad Commission of Texas before the moving or transporting of a mobile home; providing for records; providing for revocation of certificates of convenience and necessity and certain permits; amending Chapter 341, Acts of the 41st Legislature, Regular Session, 1929, as amended (Article 911b, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), by adding Section 21a; and declaring an emergency.
