SB 827, 62nd R.S.

Relating to providing that under certain conditions a rate in excess of the standard rate promulgated or approved by the State Board of Insurance as respects motor vehicle insurance may be used in rating a specific if it is with the consent of the person to be insured and such person has made directly or through an agent or company an application signed by the applicant and stating the reasons for and indicating his consent to such rate or premium.
