Relating to creating and establishing in and for Harris County, Texas, two additional district courts of general jurisdiction to be known as the 189th and 190th District Courts and four additional district courts of criminal jurisdiction to be known as the 182nd, 183rd, 184th, and 185th District Courts, amending Statutes relating to district courts in Harris County; providing for the organization of the courts; limiting and conforming the jurisdiction of the 174th, 176th, 177th, 178th, 179th, and 180th District Courts.
