Relating to authorizing the State Highway Department, in conjunction with the Bureau of Public Roads, from and after the effective date of this Act, to expend Federal-aid funds matched by a like amount of State funds, for acquisition and construction of parking facilities outside the central business district of an urban area of over 50,000 population.
