HB 1446, 61st R.S.

Relating to fixing the jurisdiction of the County Court of Ellis County, Texas, and the District Court of Ellis County, Texas; making transfers of all cases on the dockets of said courts to conform to this Act; providing that this Act shall not affect judgments heretofore rendered by said courts, and for issuing executions thereon; describing the duties of clerks of said courts in making transfers of all cases on the dockets of said courts, and validating all of such acts.
