Relating to constituting a local law for the maintenance of the public roads and highways in Nacogdoches County by authorizing the county to issue certificates of indebtedness for the purpose of acquiring right-of-way for designated state or federal highways, farm-to-market or county roads, and payment of expenses in connection with such acquisition, or for payment of expenses of the Road and Bridge Fund of the County; requiring the levy of a tax to pay such certificates and the interest thereon; requiring such certificates to be approved by the Attorney General and registered by the Comptroller of Public Accounts and prescribing the effect thereof.
