Relating to including an attempt to obtain any dangerous drug over the telephone or by forging prescriptions or knowingly have possession of such a prescription as a prohibited act; providing a penalty for violations for any provisions of this Act; providing an increased penalty for subsequent convictions; providing that required records be accessible to officials and employees engaged in the enforcement of the Act.
