Relating to authorizing the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, subject to the approval of the Coordinating Board, Texas College and University System, to establish and maintain a dental branch of The University of Texas System at the Amarillo Medical center, of Amarillo, Potter County, Texas, to be known as The University of Texas Dental School at Amarillo.
