Relating to amending the Texas Liquor Control Act to tighten the liquor laws affecting minors; providing a suspension period for permittees and licensees who sell, serve, or deliver alcoholic beverages to certain juveniles; further limiting possession and consumption by minors and increasing the minimum penalty; increasing the minimum penalties for certain acts related to providing alcoholic beverages to minors; providing enhanced penalties on second and subsequent convictions for certain offenses.
