HB 1345, 60th R.S.
Relating to creating a Conservation and Reclamation District comprising all of the territory contained in the boundaries of Lamar County, Texas, except that part of Lamar County contained within the corporate limits of the city of Paris, Texas, as of the effective date of this Act, to be known as Lamar County Water Supply District, for the purpose of providing a source of water supply for cities and other users within or without the District for municipal, domestic, industrial and mining purposes.
