Relating to requiring building permits for the building, erection or construction of any building or other structures, or for making improvements to any existing structure and for the moving of buildings; providing exceptions; providing for the issuance of permits by county tax collectors; providing a fee for permits; making the violation of this Act a misdemeanor and fixing penalties.
