Relating to amending certain statute so as to exempt from taxation property of the Dan Dancigar Jewish Foundation, for so long as the property so exempted is owned by and exclusively used by said Dan Dancigar Jewish Foundation and not in whole or in part leased out to others or otherwise used with a view to profit.
