Relating to amending the Texas Savings and Loan Act by providing that the Savings and Loan Section of said act shall exclusively exercise the rule-making functions of the Savings and Loan Section of the Finance Commission, and providing for appeals; providing for the changing of the name of the Building and Loan Section of the Finance Commission of Texas to the Savings and Loan Section of the Finance Commission of Texas.
