Relating to amending certain acts by authorizing the Board of Trustees for certain Firemen, Policemen, and Fire Alarm Operators' Pension Funds to employ an investment counselor and to compensate him from the pension fund; increasing the maximum permissible deduction and rate of contribution by participants to the fund.
