SB 485, 59th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Acts by defining and establishing a preferred lien for all taxes due the State of Texas by virtue of this Title except as to motor vehicle liens duly recorded under the Texas Certificate of Title Act, and to provide for recording of lien of all taxes provided for in this Act due the State of Texas before the taxes shall be a lien on real estate or chattels.
