SB 345, 59th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Acts relating to service and age requirements for retirement of Judges to provide that any person who has 10 years service on one or more courts of this state shall be qualified to receive retirement pay under this Act, after reaching age 65, regardless of whether he is serving on a court at such time; providing that such retirement pay shall be based on the annual salary then being paid to the judge of the court last served by the applicant for retirement.
