Relating to amending the Texas Uniform Gifts to Minors Act by providing for the donation of life or endowment insurance policies and annuity contracts to a custodian for the benefit of a minor, under the Texas Uniform Gifts to Minors Act; making the acquisition of life or endowment insurance policies and annuity contracts an authorized investment of custodial property under this Act.
