Relating to amending certain Acts by providing for the transfer from the Comptroller and his authorized representatives to the Division of Weights and Measures of the Department of Agriculture, State of Texas of the function of measuring, calibrating, and determining the capacity in gallons of any vehicle tank or other container in which motor fuels, blending materials, liquefied gases and liquid fuels are transported.
