Relating to authorizing the Board of Regents of the Texas Woman's University to sell and convey certain land, located in Denton County, Texas, said land being a part of the Bertha Lakey Estate bequeathed to the Texas Woman's University to establish the Ray and Bertha Lakey Scholarship Fund to provide scholarships for worthy girls seeking a college education.
