Relating to amending certain Acts by designating the State Department of Public Welfare as the State Agency to cooperate with the Federal Government in the administration of the provisions of Title V of the "Economic Opportunity Act of 1964" and of the provisions of any such other applicable titles of said Act, or any such other titles as may be added thereto.
