Relating to constituting a local law for the maintenance of public roads and highways in LaSalle County by authorizing the County to issue certificates of indebtedness for the purpose of acquiring rights-of-way for designated State Highways, including Farm-to-Market Highways, or for Federal Highways, or for acquiring rights-of-way for County roads, or for the construction, maintenance or improvement of the County roads, in La Salle County, Texas.
