HB 368, 59th R.S.
Relating to providing for the rendering of judgment for attorney's fees in an amount determined by the court to be reasonable, plus costs of suit, in favor of landlords and against tenants in forcible entry and detainer suits and in forcible detainer suits where tenants are unlawfully holding over the premises of the landlord at the time the suit is filed but vacate the premises prior to the rendition of judgment when the landlord follows certain prescribed procedures.
