Relating to amending certain acts prohibiting the making or filing of false, misleading or unfounded reports or accusations to any governmental agency in this State for the purpose of interfering with the operation of such governmental agency or to mislead any officer of such agency, or bring false charges of brutality or misconduct against such officer.
