SB 330, 58th R.S.
Relating to motor carriers and regulations by the Railroad Commission, excepting from the definition of "Motor Carrier" and "Contract Carrier", and exempting from the provisions of such Acts, any person transporting fresh fruits or fresh vegetables in bulk from the point of harvest, production, picking or cutting to points of first processing, not in excess of seventy-five miles from point of origin to point of destination, upon the filing of certain insurance.
