SB 368, 58th R.S.
Relating to establishing, authorizing, and providing for the "_______ County Industrial Training School District" located in any county in this state having a population of not less than one hundred thousand (100,000) nor more than two hundred thousand (200,000) according to the last preceding federal census, so as to provide vocational training for residents and non-residents of such county.
