Relating to amending the subject matter of the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act, providing that an individual shall be disqualified for benefits for any benefit period with respect to which he is receiving or has received or is eligible to receive remuneration in the form of old age benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, or similar payments under any Act of Congress, or a State Legislature; providing for an effective date for this Act.
