SJR 24, 58th R.S.
Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment to give the Legislature authority to provide for an additional motor vehicle registration fee not to exceed One Dollar ($1) per vehicle for the purpose of purchasing, constructing, maintaining and administering state parks and monuments; providing that any enabling legislation shall not be invalid because of their anticipatory character.
