Relating to amending a certain Act relating to the issuance and renewal of operators', commercial operators' and chauffeurs' licenses to persons against whom a complaint for moving traffic violation is pending; providing for the Department of Public Safety to file reports of pending complaints for moving traffic violations and make notations thereof on the records of licensees against whom complaint is pending.
