HB 398, 57th R.S.
Relating to amending the Penal Code of Texas providing that motor vehicles engaged in the business of transporting passengers for compensation or hire, or any commercial vehicle in authorized use as a "Highway Post Office" vehicle shall observe the same speed limits as those prescribed for all passenger vehicles.
