Relating to amending Rule 54a of Article 4477, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, providing for an increase in the fees for certified copies of vital records issued by the State Registrar of Vital Statistics; providing fees for the filing of new birth certificates based on adoption, legitimation, and paternity determination; providing the time this Act shall take effect.
