Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land Office to accept, approve and file corrected field notes to any survey of land in the State of Texas based upon the possession and acquiescence for twenty-five (25) years; authorizing the present owners of said surveys to purchase excess acreage revealed by said corrected field notes at a price to be set by the School Land Board.
