Relating to amending Chapter 4, Title 7, Article 532, Code of Criminal Procedure of Texas, so as to state clearly that the trial judge may set any criminal case for a pre-trial hearing for the purpose of disposing of certain preliminary matters before the case is set for trial upon its merits.
