Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure of Texas to provide that assignments of error shall be set out distinctly in the defendant's motion for a new trial and that assignments of error not so set out in the motion for new trial need not be considered by the trial or appellate court unless the defendant was not represented by counsel, in which event such consideration is discretionary.
