Relating to providing for fixing the compensation of the Judge of the District Court in the 86th Judicial District, and authorizing the Commissioners Courts of Van Zandt, Kaufman and Rockwall Counties to pay the District Judge of the 86th Judicial District compensation in addition to the compensation paid by the State.
