Relating to authorizing any independent school district having within its boundary all or part of three (3) or more incorporated cities or towns and having a seven member governing board with three-year terms of office to adopt the provisions and method herein prescribed providing for the election of a seven member, three-year term board of trustees on the basis of area and place numbered positions.
