Relating to changing the name of Bureau of Labor Statistics to the name Bureau of Labor; transferring all powers, duties and authority relating to the regulation of boxing and wrestling and the enforcement of laws relating to boxing and wrestling from the bureau of Labor Statistics and the Commissioner of Labor Statistics to the Department of Public Safety.
