HB 396, 58th R.S.
Relating to providing for an increase in mileage allowance to eight cents (8¢) per mile and an increase in the per diem allowance to Ten Dollars ($10) per day to any witness appearing before any court or before any grand jury out of the county of his residence, to testify in a felony case; to provide that the district judge may subpoena all necessary nonresident witnesses for appearance in felony cases and before the grand jury.
