Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to convey any or all interests the College owns in the Murray Case Sells Estate and Sells Petroleum Incorporated when, in the judgment of the Board, it is expedient or necessary so to convey or otherwise dispose of any or all such interests; ratifying and confirming any conveyance heretofore made by the Board.
