HB 513, 58th R.S.
Relating to providing that in all counties which have only one independent school district and no common school district, and where such county does not have a county school superintendent or county school board, then all duties, prescribed by law, pertaining to such abolished offices, shall transfer to the superintendent of the independent school district in said county.
