HB 756, 58th R.S.
Relating to providing that the franchise tax shall not apply to corporations having no capital stock and organized for the exclusive purpose of promoting the public interest of any county, city, or town, or other area within the state, including, but not limited to, corporations operating utility facilities on behalf of and for the benefit of any such city or town.
