Relating to amending the Texas Business Corporation Act and the Insurance Code to provide that foreign corporations and foreign insurance corporations whose names are the same, or deceptively similar to, certain other corporations and insurance corporations shall be issued certificates of authorization to do business in Texas provided different names are used and assumed name certificates are filed in a certain manner.
